How long does the deal toy process take from start to finish?

I need my deal toys soon, can I place a rush order for a closing dinner or event?

Yes, our factories allow for rush orders.

Do I have to come up with my own design ideas?

No, although we certainly welcome any design ideas your team has for your deal tombstone. Your project manager will guide you through the design process which will be based on a number of factors.

Can you create a custom deal gift using our product or logo?

Yes, your deal toy provider can create custom designs based on your product, logo, or anything you have in mind.

Do I get to see a sample of my deal toy first?

Yes, a prototype is created so you can see the physical piece before it goes into production. This allows you to make any adjustments or changes before you finalize the full order.

What can I embed inside Lucite?

Lucite is baked in high-temperature, pressurized ovens and some items cannot withstand the heat. However, computer chips, metals, precious stones, currencies, business cards, and even liquids such as water or oil are frequently embedded. If your object is something we have never embedded before, we will carry out a series of tests to make sure it will not damage your final product.

What is the difference between Lucite and crystal?

Lucite is a form of acrylic that is translucent and can be molded into different shapes. It is the only material in which you can embed an object. Crystal is a form of glass with a high degree of transparency. We can produce a 3-D etching in crystal. It is heavier than Lucite.

Is there a minimum number of deal toys I have to order?

No, there is no minimum. We have produced orders with anywhere from 1 to 1000 units!

Can I embed my business card?
